The need to migrate from Magento 1 to Magento 2 was a complex puzzle of causes and effects. While Ciela.com had thrived on the Magento 1 platform for years, the platform suffered from a lack of support for crucial elements, which adversely affected both the business and the user experience. Among the reasons for their desire to migrate were the need to enhance the website’s speed, improve the user experience for mobile shoppers, modernize their operations, and streamline administrative processes.
